Spring HVAC Tips

Before summer hits:

  • Replace dirty filters
  • Clear debris from outdoor units
  • Test your AC before the first major heat wave
  • Pour water down condensate drains to verify proper drainage
  • Make sure all supply vents upstairs are open

One easy homeowner check:
Place a thermometer near the return air and another near a supply vent. Most properly functioning systems should produce close to a 20° temperature split.

(Example: 75° return air = roughly 55° supply air)
